7 kidnap, rob suspects killed in running gun battle with Pampanga police

As the police have found a renewed vigor after Duterte won the Presidency, the campaign against various criminal groups have never been this intense!

Just today, 7 robbery and kidnap suspects were killed when they fired upon at the Central Luzon Highway Patrol Group and the police from Criminal Investigation and Detection Group when the suspects’ vehicle, a Mitsubishi Montero (with license plate numbers PQC877), was flagged down in Angeles City’s Pulong Cacutud village.

Reports said that two suspects instantly died during the initial exchange of gunfire with the police operatives.

The suspects fled with their Montero and a car chase ensued.

The suspects were finally cornered in Mexico, Pampanga and a second battle ensued.

When the smoke of the battle cleared, 5 bodies of the suspects lay dead and their journey as criminals ended just as President-elect Duterte is preparing to launch an all-out war against their like on July 1.

Over the weekend, Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz, the number 1 drug personality in Central Visayas was killed in Las Pinas by Cebu police operatives in cooperation with the Las Pinas police.

These are just one of the few successful police operations conducted against the various criminal syndicates who have been enjoying a profitable trade until the epic win of Mayor Duterte in the May 2016 election.

If the critics of Duterte will continue to dismiss the recent developments, I suggest they will have to wait until July 1.

According to Wikipedia, Magalang is a municipality located in the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. Magalang is part of the First Congressional District of Pampanga where Angeles City and Mabalacat City are also included.
