Today, several local media outlets reported that Robredo decided to run for VP because she wants to block the impending return of Marcos to power.
At first glance, Robredo’s claim appears it stands on solid base, but when put under the lens of the pundits, it quickly crumbles like sand castles during high tide.
SocMed bloggers and netizens are up in arms after the news bearing Robredo’s claim reaches their Facebook feed.
Sass Rogando Sasot posted a graph-based images to counter Leni Robredo’s claim she ran for VP blah, blah talking as if she was the anointed one to stop the Marcoses from returning to power. Look at the image below for your reference.
The first graph shows Grace Poe leads the survey in the VP race before she decided to run for President. The survey was published in local media in September 2015.
The second image shows Chiz Escudero leads the survey in the VP race with a whopping lead over Robredo and Marcos tied in second place.
Sasot wrote a brief caption to explain the meaning of the graph-based images in a clear manner to the public.
Krizette Laureta Chu, another popular socmed blogger slammed Robredo for making such wild statement.
Ano pinagsasabi nito.”
