Irked netizen tells BIR to check Bayan’s Renato Reyes contribution as taxpayer. Read why!

In case you don’t know, Renato Reyes has been the poster boy of every street protests and rallies since time immemorial and when we say street protest, expect the streets to stand still.

On Facebook, the page ‘Leni Robredo Fashion Diary’ calls out the Bureau of Internal Revenue to check how much Renato Reyes contributed as taxpayer to the national coffers to know if the street protests or rallies he organizes are worth all our troubles.

“Dear Bureau of Internal Revenue Philippines, can you please check your records– Magkano na ho ang milyones na naiambag na buwis nitong si Renato “Rally is Life” Reyes. Worth it ho ba naman ang contributions niya sa lakas ng ngawa, reklamo at panghaharang niya sa daan tuwing nag rarally sila?”

Likewise, Liza Maza of the National Anti-Poverty Commission Secretary from Gabriela, another personality who has earned her fame for being a fixture in the street protest and rallies scene did not escape the wrath of the netizen.
