A photo of a placard-bearing young male anti-Duterte protester yesterday’s September 21 rally has created quite a stir on on social media.
The young protester has been the subject of scorn and ridicule on social media not so much because of his political beliefs but because of the message written on the placard he was carrying that says, “THE SAME F*CKIN SH!T 30 YEARS AGO”.
Can you guess what’s wrong with his message?
Well, let me direct your attention to the Facebook post below by “Pinoy Monkey Pride” to understand why the photo of the young male protester has trended on Facebook today.
The same fucking shit 30 years ago? (Natawa ako bigla)
2017 na ngayon so ano nga bang year yung 30 years ago? 1987 pala. Kasi 2017 – 1987 = 30
Ano nga bang meron noong 30 years ago o noong 1987? Ah!…Oo nga pala Cory Aquino Administration. Hahaha
NEVER FORGET pala?

Lslee Mlee remarked: “Lakas ng amats ng mga to…30 years ago..kabobohan 45 years ago na yung martial law..30 years ago was the start of AQUINO ABNOY ADMINISTRATION..NAK NG..Kulang ba ba binayad sa mga to”
Thalia Ruby Mhing parted some words of advice to the young protesters. “Dear youths you are not born yet during martial law, so stop acting like you know everything whats going on, sayang ang pangalan ng school niyo na lagi niyong dala pati ang pangalan ng angkan niyo.”
Noel Alinea couldn’t help but laugh the young man.

Jao Geoff recited a litany of reasons why Mindanaons like him welcome Martial Law. “Hoy mga tanga! Wala nga kayong alam. Majority of us na taga Mindanao are all happy with the Martial Law. We feel safer. We feel a lot safer whenever we see policemen or military men walking around the area for regular and constant checking.
• Drug addicts, drug pushers, drug traders, druglords. All these people are so much capable of killing the innocent or committing crimes.
