Manny Pacquiao banned from entering Los Angeles Mall for anti-gay comments

After Miriam Quiambao earned the irk of the LGBT community, now its Manny Pacquiao whom gays get angry at. Great.

It has been reported that People’s champ and Sarangani Representative Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao has been banned from entering the Los Angeles Mall “The Grove” for comments made against gays made last week. Also, Pacquiao’s supposed interview with the US entertainment show “Extra” has been cancelled also because of his anti-gay comments.

The following is the statement from a representative of The Grove:

“Based on news reports of statements made by Mr. Pacquiao we have made it be known that he is not welcome at The Grove and will not be interviewed here now or in the future. The Grove is a gathering place for all Angelenos and not a place for intolerance.”

What’s interesting is like Miriam, comments from Pacquiao also refer to verses from the Holy Bible.

During an interview for National Conservative Examiner last May 12, Manny Pacquiao is said to have quoted the following Bible verse from Leviticus 20:13:

“If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.”

Manny Pacquiao recently announced his renewal of faith and has been very active in religious activities like Bible study groups, prayer meetings, and religious missions. Often times he would read aloud verses from the Holy Bible whenever he is interviewed, signifying his utmost faith in the Almighty.
