An off-duty police should pray hard a video, involving him won’t go viral, otherwise, Presidente Duterte will have him suspended asap.
Facebook user Jayson Galindez took to Facebook to air his complaint against an off-duty Manila policemen who accosted them for no apparent traffic violation on their part.
Galindez posted an 89-second video and the screencap of the license plate of the off-duty cop’s motorcycle for the pleasure of the people in the social media.
The video started with the alleged off-duty cop giving a sermon to the driver.
“Alam mo pari kung hinuli ka, marunong kang magmakaawa. Pero ikaw matigas eh.”
When the driver reasoned out that he has not committed any violation, the alleged off-duty cop started to raise his voice. For emphasis, he slammed his hand at the vehicle’s door.
As the driver played hard ball with the cop and asked if he did something to justify the surrender of his driver’s license, the latter got more incensed.
Perhaps, sensing that the off-duty cop who sounded drunk would forget that he was demanding something, the driver tried to talk it out that conversation even led to the cop giving personal vignettes about himself.
The off-duty cop even revealed that he is from Mindanao. (Uh-oh, if Duterte ever heard this, this cop would get a personal invitation in Malacanang to receive a dressing down from the president. Lol)
In the end, the driver surrendered his driver’s license to the off-duty cop.
But here’s the catch: The off-duty cop, if indeed he is real cop, got only the expired driver’s license of the motorist.
