In search for justice for the killing of the famous rapper Tupac Shakur or simply 2pac (his stage name), New York Police Department said it is investigating the account of a man who said that he was involved in a 1994 shooting and robbery of the rapper.
The news could finally bring Changes (one of hit songs of Tupac/2pac) into Tupac’s family after all those years.
Tupac sings about violence and hardship in inner cities, racism, other social problems, and conflicts with other rappers during the East Coast – West Coast hip hop rivalry. Tupac got killed by an attack that occurred on Nov. 7, 1994, at the Quad Recording Studios in Manhattan.
Published from Allhiphop.com’s website is an interview with a man named Dexter Isaac who claims that he took part in an attack on Tupac.
Meanwhile, Mr. Isaac apologized to Mr. Shakur’s family and said he still had a chain he had stolen from him during the attack.
Isaac was also described by Allhiphop.com as “currently serving life in prison for murder, robbery and other offenses,” . Paul Browne, of N.Y.P.D. told reporters interview with Mr. Isaac if they determined the report was legitimate.
