Happened in Alta Cebu today. Gi-invite mi ug party, sa tunga2x sa among pagkaon, kalit lang man naay nishagit na naay nalumos. May gani naa mi kuyog na rescuers. Thank you for saving their lives Harvski Harvs and Wendy Padillo-Mirambel.

Ang resort mismo walay nurse ug lifeguard.

The viral video has sparked a blame game debate on social media. Some put the blame squarely on the the resort owner for not employing a lifeguards or a nurse to respond to drowning incidents.

While many accused some parents for being self-indulgent once they set foot in the resort.

Meanwhile, a messenger screengrab showing the conversation between the celebrant and a commenter should shed some light into the incident.

According to the celebrant, no one was swimming in the pool because everyone was enjoying their lunch when one of the kids fell to the pool after he got bumped by another kid.

His younger brother tried to save the Kuya but he ended up in the same situation.

In your opinion, whose to blame in this incident, the resort owner or the parents?
